Edustore Registration Usability Report

During my bachelors at Vienna University of Technology,  I was also working part-time at Edustore, a student tech shop situated in Vienna, catering to all of Austria. My work consisted from HR, inventory management and usability engineering to sales and marketing.

As part of the university course “Usability Engineering” I took the opportunity to review the registration process of the Edustore online shop, applying Cognitive Walkthrough.
